What is your job title at CUSI?  
Senior QA Tester

Summarize your responsibilities at CUSI.
I confirm the functionality of new features as they are added to UMS. I verify that the fixes to issues are correct in the applicable versions of UMS. I also test the Customer Web Portal (CWP) for functionality and correct operation with the various payment gateways, UMS and CBSW.

What is your educational background?
I received my B.S. Radio Television with a Secondary Emphasis in Data Processing and MBA from Arkansas State University.

What is your favorite part about your job at CUSI?
I ensure that a feature works correctly, meaning it has to work in the expected and unexpected work flow. Trying to determine the unexpected work flow and what the system should allow and should not allow is challenging. I enjoy finding ways to make user’s interaction easier so they will be more efficient.

How do you create value for our customers at CUSI?
I create value for our customers by finding issues before they find them. CUSI wants to provide high quality products and the testing I engage in is a very critical step in providing applications that work in the ways they are expected to work.

What are your favorite hobbies you enjoy outside of work?
I enjoy fishing and attending all Arkansas State University Red Wolves sporting events with my family.
