What is your job title at CUSI? Payment Services Implementation Manager

Summarize your responsibilities at CUSI. I am responsible for implementing bank check elimination, credit/debit card and eCheck processing with CUSI billing software programs, Kiosk machines, IVR systems and online payment portals.

What is your educational background? I have my Associate’s degree in Business/Accounting from Arkansas State University in Jonesboro, AR.

What is your favorite part about your job at CUSI? I enjoy setting up and configuring the Customer Web Portals for our customers. Whenever all pieces of the portal come together and it is time to show our customer the completed product, it is exciting to know I played a part in our customers’ business to provide an online payment solution to their customers.

How do you create value for our customers at CUSI? I provide training, troubleshooting and assist with daily reconciliation with a courteous attitude. I strive to provide a solution to every problem a customer may have.

What are your favorite hobbies you enjoy outside of work? I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, along with listening to music, watching movies and gardening.
