Summarize your responsibilities at CUSI. I assist, train and setup customers in the transition to begin using their new CUSI billing software.

What is your educational background? B.S. in Management and B.S. in Finance from Arkansas State University in Jonesboro, AR

What is your favorite part about your job at CUSI? I love the moment when new customers begin to feel comfortable and familiar using our software.

How do you create value for our customers at CUSI? I try to listen to all of my customers’ needs and ensure our software is setup to get what they want to out of it.

What are your favorite hobbies you enjoy outside of work? I enjoy reading and listening to audiobooks.
