What is your job title at CUSI? User Experience Developer

Summarize your responsibilities at CUSI. I am responsible for the usability and experience of our software for customers by working with developers, product experts, marketing, and other team members by evaluating and improving current user interactions for existing and future products.

What is your educational background? Bachelor of Science in Web Design & Interactive Media from Harding University in Searcy, Arkansas.

What is your favorite part about your job at CUSI? I like that I get to view the different elements of the software and see how to make them work better for our customers by working closely across the teams. It’s exciting to see team members’ excitement in improving our products.

How do you create value for our customers at CUSI? I have over 5 years of experience in web design, branding, marketing, social media, and communication for small businesses, and larger corporate companies. Giving me a unique perspective on how to make all of these work together and improve our user experience on all levels.

What are your favorite hobbies you enjoy outside of work? Photography, hiking, traveling, and a member of the SCA “Society of Creative Anachronism”.
