What is your job title at CUSI? UMS Implementation Manager, previously Technical Support Representative

Summarize your responsibilities at CUSI. I provide overall management of software implementation tasks for converting new customers from their legacy system to UMS, following the implementation project cycle from business requirements, gathering, application setup, data conversion, training, go-live and post implementation support. I maintain the knowledge of any new hardware, software and operating systems, along with maintaining knowledge of new CUSI products and services.

What is your educational background? I received my Associate of Science and Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Technology from Arkansas State University in Jonesboro, AR. “Wolves Up!”

What is your favorite part about your job at CUSI? I enjoy building relationships with our clients. I also love traveling to work directly onsite with utility companies to provide face to face software training and operating support. I enjoy working with a team of individuals who strive to provide exceptional service. We do not just expect greatness; we are the ones who deliver it!

How do you create value for our customers at CUSI? I engage directly with utility companies to improve their operating inefficiencies and provide them a software solution that works for them. Simply put, I make billing clerks lives easier, one project at a time.

What are your favorite hobbies you enjoy outside of work? I love spending time with my family and friends. I recently bought my first home and have been working on remodeling projects. I also enjoy gardening, landscaping and being outdoors when the weather is nice.
