What is your job title at CUSI?

Manager of Payment Services

Summarize your responsibilities at CUSI.

I help our clients select online solutions and payment services such as Customer Web Portals, Credit Card and E-Check Services, IVR Solutions, and Bank Check Capture. Anything that involves improving efficiencies around payments and collections or how do we get customers to stop paying their bills by mail.

What is your educational background?

I received a B.S. in Digital Media and Design from Arkansas State University and a Masters of Business Administration also from Arkansas State University.

What is your favorite part about your job at CUSI?

Helping our customers help their customers to help themselves and then also getting paid for doing that! It is a great job.

How do you create value for our customers at CUSI?

I show our clients how they can automate customer self-service and electronic payments, staying up to date on the ever changing PCI compliance regulations and other electronic payment concerns, while also keeping processing costs as low as possible.

What are your favorite hobbies you enjoy outside of work?

Spending time with my 6 year old daughter, Izzy, St. Louis Cardinals baseball, coaching t-ball, hosting my annual wiffleball tournament, and gunsmithing.
