Director of Technical Support
Summarize your responsibilities at CUSI.
I am responsible for managing and directing the support team. Ensuring the highest level of customer service as well as listening and proactively reacting to our client’s daily needs.
What is your educational background?
A.A. Business Management and M.C.P.M from Villanova University.
What is your favorite part about your job at CUSI?
The challenge, every day is different than the day before. Technology is rapidly changing as are the needs of our clients. I love the fact we are not in a static business but always evolving. I also enjoy very much the friendships I have developed with our clients over my 15 years with CUSI.
How do you create value for our customers at CUSI?
Listen! Our clients have always been fantastic when it comes to suggesting new ways to better improve our products. Any new features or enhancements that saves our clients time and money is creating value.
What are your favorite hobbies you enjoy outside of work?
In short, travel and sports. My husband is a Coach and my son is a former football player so all my hobbies revolve around sports. I love watching, attending and supporting the Arkansas Razorbacks, Greenbay Packers and St. Louis Cardinals. I love hockey however being from the south hockey is not the norm so it’s difficult to be a full time fan. Be on the lookout, in 2014 you will be able to find me in San Francisco and New York City.
