CBSW Version 11.5

Earlier this month, the CBSW Development Team released CBSW Version 11.5. This new version continues in the tradition of making the application more powerful, more efficient, and easier to use than ever before. Some notable new features and enhancements include:

• Mobile Work Orders Module makes CBSW Work Order functionality available on the web
• Create Work Orders and Final Bills from within the Issue Tracker module
• Attach files to Work Orders
• E-mail Templates allow commonly used e-mail messages (e.g. online bill notification) to be recalled with a single click
• Send a PDF of any report via E-mail, directly from within the application
• Merge Accounts feature allows duplicate accounts to be combined
• Items can be multi-selected for deletion in all Review Calculation screens
• Sort items in grids (ascending or descending) by double-clicking on the column header
• New reports include Customer-Location Report, Past Due Accounts, Payment Reconciliation, Issue Tracker List, and Issue Details
• Change Log report tracks changes made to Customers and Locations
