What is your job title at CUSI?  UMS Implementation Project Manager

Summarize your responsibilities at CUSI. I am responsible for initiating and coordinating new UMS Implementations from data conversion, product set up, installation, testing and training. I establish a formal project plan and manage it throughout the project.

What is your favorite part about your job at CUSI? I love getting to travel and meet our new clients, while providing them with a solid utility billing system.

How do you create value for our customers at CUSI? I build a good relationship with our clients and ensure I give them excellent service. I seek out and develop new methods to improve the implementation process.

What are your favorite hobbies you enjoy outside of work? I attend my son’s football and baseball games and daughter’s softball, volleyball and basketball games.
