Summarize your responsibilities at CUSI.
I support all of CUSI’s technology needs through research, deployment, maintenance and upgrades of hardware/software. I help promote a safe and secure environment for our staff. All technology purchasing for both internal use and Sales Agreement processing.

What is your favorite part about your job at CUSI?
I love the laid back atmosphere and having the weekends off.

How do you create value for our customers at CUSI?
I provide support beyond the scope of their maintenance contracts. Our customers can use me as a resource for things like RMA/repair processing, remote server maintenance or online backup solutions.

What are your favorite hobbies you enjoy outside of work?
I love playing video games, such as Dungeons and Dragons with friends. I also love watching my Philadelphia Eagles play football!
