Exciting things are happening in the implementation department. New personnel, new tools, and improved processes are the order the day.
Beginning in January, all implementation groups have been combined into a cohesive department that handles all aspects of the implementation process—project management, training, support, data conversion, and payment services. We are all united by the common goal to make moving to CUSI’s utility billing applications as frustration and pain free as possible.
To help us accomplish our singular goal, we have selected Clarizen as our new project management software solution. Clarizen will allow us to provide all stakeholders with a level of visibility into the project that we were not able to provide previously. Over the next several months, we will be rolling this new functionality into current and new projects. This will allow us to engage clients in the project execution like never before.
In addition to structural changes, we recently welcomed a new face. John Austin joined us in April and has already become an invaluable member of our ETL group.
