INSTANT READ EXCEPTION NOTIFICATIONS
The Mobile Meter Reading Service respects your billing applications usage variances. If enabled, when entering reads, users will instantly be notified of high usage, allowing them to inform customers of a suspected leak immediately. In addition, users will receive a host of other meter exception notifications, including low usage, zero usage, negative usage, inactive with usage, meter off with usage, rollover meter, and data exception notifications.
LIVE INTEGRATION FEATURES - REQUIRES SOLID INTERNET CONNECTIVITY
Real-Time Sync can also be enabled if you have a dependable internet connection. This feature allows reads to upload into the billing system instantly. However, if you don’t have a reliable internet connection in the field, you can upload all of your reads in a matter of seconds wirelessly upon returning to the office.
