What is your job title at CUSI? Technical Support Representative

Summarize your responsibilities at CUSI. My responsibilities include supporting and training our clients in the use of both our CBSW and UMS software.

What is your educational background? I received a B.S. in Computer and Information Technology at Arkansas State University in Jonesboro, AR.

What is your favorite part about your job at CUSI? I really enjoy problem solving, both with our clients and my fellow support representatives.

How do you create value for our customers at CUSI? I make every attempt to ensure our customers have a better understanding of our product after each call. I do my best to help other support representatives navigate our software, and, in turn, better serve our end users.

What are your favorite hobbies you enjoy outside of work? I am a huge fan of video games and other interactive media. I also enjoy drawing and occasionally making music with my friends.
